What do they do? They go generic. They either get into a group training template or they pick and choose from a myriad of examples of what may work for them. What does that lead to? In most all cases it leads to a small increase in fitness up front but then stagnation and potentially burn out in the long run. There must be a smarter, more trusted way of reaching your bigger goals.”

I first was introduced to the Remote Coaching approach through my husband’s work with OPEX Fitness and quickly saw the value of this individualized approach to coaching. Since so many of the people I have trained have been in-person, I wanted to share more about what Remote Coaching is and how it can support you in your fitness journey.
I have had many iterations of my coaching offerings over the years, from outdoor bootcamps, to small group training, to generalized programs, and know that those approaches hold so much value for so many of the women I have trained. However, those that I have seen experience the most strides in their fitness practice are my Remote Coaching clients.

In my Remote Coaching program, here is what your experience would look like:
You can set up a Free 15-Minute Consultation with me prior to signing up to ensure that both this coaching option and I (as your coach) are the right fit.
Once you have signed up for Remote Coaching, you will complete an Initial Assessment Questionnaire and book an Initial Assessment call so I can best understand where you have started, where you want to go, what experiences you have had, and how you like to train. On this call we will discuss your nutrition and training habits and will also talk about your lifestyle so that I can help you make some subtle tweaks that will result in great increases in results. This is my approach of starting with structures and routines you already have in place to weave new habits in, not try to change everything.
I set you up with your program in TrueCoach and your first week will help assess a baseline of where you’re at. I want to know how things feel, learn about your movement proficiency, and what you enjoy doing in the gym. This is a great starting point to understand where you need to go with your training and how I can support you in getting there.
As you complete workouts and enter results, comments, and feedback, I continue to build the big picture game plan for your program. You will always get a week’s worth of training at a time so that you can properly plan out your week and so we can make adjustments as needed. This is what is so great about individualized programming, we can adapt and respond quickly.
We have monthly video check-ins so we can discuss the major goals in your training as well as look at the specifics of the program. These calls are great places to ask questions, continue to get dialled in with your nutrition habits, and make sure that you are spot on with your recovery practices to get the best results possible.
